CK

The CK1 series is a clamp cylinder available in two styles of clevis widths (16.5mm, 19.5mm). It is a non-lube, compact, lightweight cylinder with a built-in speed controller. Gaiters are unnecessary because a heavy-duty coil scraper is provided as a countermeasure against spatters. The CK1 is available in 3 bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 150mm. Options include rod attachments and auto-switch capabilities.

CKZN

The new slim line power clamp series CKZN offers many advantages to welding applications. The rounded cover design reduces weld spatter accumulation. The small protruding release button minimizes spatter accumulation preventing release failure. Replacing the stopper adjustment bolt located at the bottom of the clamp can change cylinder arm angle. A compact body size is achieved by an elliptical piston design. An added soft wiper seal protects from poor air quality.

MK

Combining compact cylinder size and rotational capability, the MK2 cylinder is designed for heavy duty clamping applications, with an available integrated arm that swings out of the way when the cylinder is extended. 90deg. clockwise or counter clockwise rotation is available, and clamping arms with adjustment screw are standard options. MK2 is available in 6 bore sizes from 20mm to 63mm and stokes from 10 mm to 50 mm.
