KA

Anti static One-touch fittings series KA has one-touch loading and unloading. Series KA can be used in copper- free applications and in vacuum (max. -100kPa). Conductive resin is used for body and seals in fittings and tubing. Series KA is flame resistant (UL94 standard, V-0).

KE

Series KE pressure relief valve with one-touch fitting can release residual pressure from a cylinder to the atmosphere by the push button. The two types of available piping are the one-touch fitting type and the Rc(PT) screw type.

KG

SMC’s popular one touch technology has been incorporated into this series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel. This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be used for vacuum –100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes from M5 to ½ R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm OD.

KJ

One-Touch mini fittings series KJ is available for use with SMC miniature valves and actuators, M3 and M5 ported. Their compact one-touch collet design allows easy disassembly with strong tube gripping. Electroless nickel plating is standard.

KP

Series KP are one-touch fittings for clean room blow-off systems and drive air systems. The KP series is completely oil free and liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. Parts are cleaned, assembled and double packaged in a clean room. Resin parts for one-touch series KPQ/KPG (for drive system air piping) are polypropylene.

KQG

Series KQG is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG series is available in both metric and inch sizes.

KQ

KQ uni-fit one-touch fittings only require hand tightening to assemble and a snug of the wrench to attain a positive seal in 1/3 of the time of conventional fittings. The innovative design allows use of uni-fit one-touch fittings with NPT, NPTF, RC(PT), and G(PF) threads making the uni-fit design both versatile and time saving. KQ fittings give you identical heights when used in manifolds or other side by side applications enhancing the appearance of your equipment.

KQ2

KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The specially designed packing provides positive sealing under pressure without the reduced flow common with compression fittings. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.

KR

Flame resistant, one-touch fitting series KR can be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 145 PSI. The use of a special profile ensures positive sealing and reduced resistance when the tube is being inserted. KR fittings are effective when piping in a confined space. The body and threaded portion can turn.
