CY
With no external leakage, the CY series can be used in
many diverse environments. Magnetically coupled cylinders
have a wide range of applications, and save mounting space.
Loads and moments are possible through the use of integrated
guides. A variety of guides can be used to achieve the
necessary accuracy or allowable moment needed for your
application. CY is available in 9 bore sizes, from 6mm
to 63mm with standard stokes up to 1000mm. The 5 different
model variations offer widest application choice. Auto
switches are integrated as standard.

MY2
For long strokes
with compact size and an integrated guide, the MY1 series
rodless actuator provides an ideal solution. The MY1 mechanical
joint rodless cylinder includes four standard models, which
allow the appropriate bearing style to be selected in order
to match the accuracy and load requirements of your application.
If necessary, you can also combine the basic MY1 cylinder
with an external guide in order to create a special engineered
solution. Piping options can be selected according to the
application. MY1 is available in 9 bore sizes from 16mm
to 100mm. Standard strokes are available up to 2000mm with
a 5000mm long stroke option on some bore sizes. |

MY2
The MY2 high precision guide cylinder is available in
bore sizes 16mm, 25mm and 40mm. This series has been designed
with a high precision single or double axis guide to create
a compact, low profile cylinder. Maintenance has been simplified
by allowing the cylinder to be detached without disturbing
the guide unit and work piece. |

MY3
Mechanically jointed
rodless cylinder series MY3 provides high functionality
with reduced height and length. The uniquely designed piston
shape enables reduction of the height and length as well
as practical arrangement of the common piping passages,
cushion mechanism and positioning mechanism. This has achieved
drastic miniaturization and weight reduction. |

REA
When working with
delicate materials such as Silicone wafers, magnetic disks,
or LCD substrates, non-shock actuation must be balanced
with high speed/throughput. The REA provides the features
needed to allow rapid transfer with a speed of up to 300mm/sec
but virtually eliminates shock impact. Integrated cushion
spears allow smooth acceleration and deceleration, while
also simplifying construction of the cylinder. Based on
the magnetically coupled cylinder concept, the REA’s
resulting smooth acceleration and deceleration occurs without
influence from load, speed, or even pressure fluctuations.
REA is available in 5 bore sizes from 25mm to 63mm and
strokes up to 1000mm |
